2024 Merida Scultura 4000 - Large
 
This bike presents in good condition and will be well suited to someone looking for a capable first road bike with its carbon frame, hydraulic disc brakes and 11 speed Shimano groupset.
 
This bike will be best suited to someone between 170cm – 185cm.
 
The 11 speed Shimano 105 groupset (R7000 series) consists of a 11-30t cassette paired with 50/34t chainrings on a 175mm crankset. Chain measures as 50% worn.
 
The original alloy wheels are wrapped in near-new 28mm Continental Ultra Sport tyres which are currently set up with tubes. Bearings all feel smooth and the rims run true. 160mm rotors front and rear.
 
The upgraded one-piece carbon cockpit consists of the 110mm stem paired with 42cm handlebars wrapped brand new handlebar tape. The hydraulic brakes appear to have about 90% left of usable life on the brake pads.
 
Seat height in these photos is 750mm from the bottom bracket to the top of the original saddle. (If you’re measuring your inseam, add the length of the crankset to your measurement).
 
Notable damage: Scratch on downtube.
 
This bike has gone through our thorough 60 point roadworthy inspection report at the expense of the seller which will be shown in store and included with the sale.
