2018 Merida Reacto 5000 – S/M
 
This bike presents in good condition and will be well suited to someone looking for a capable first road bike with its carbon frame/wheels, 11 speed Shimano groupset and rim brakes.
 
This bike will be best suited to someone between 160cm – 175cm.
 
The 11 speed Dura Ace 9000 groupset consists of an 11-28t cassette paired with 52/36t chainrings on a 172.5mm Ultegra (R8000 series) crankset. Chain was replaced before taking photos and is brand new.
 
The upgraded carbon Roval CLX32 wheels are wrapped in 28mm Maxxis Re-Fuse tyres which are currently set up with tubes. Bearings all feel smooth and the rims run true.
 
The upgraded cockpit consists of the 90mm alloy stem paired with 40cm carbon aero handlebars wrapped brand new handlebar tape. The rim brakes appear to have about 20% left of usable life on the front pads and 60% on the rears. There are 20mm of spacers below the stem.
 
Seat height in these photos is 705mm from the bottom bracket to the top of the original saddle. (If you’re measuring your inseam, add the length of the crankset to your measurement).
 
Notable info: Various scuffs across top tube. Front pads are near the end of their life.
 
This bike has gone through our thorough 60 point roadworthy inspection report at the expense of the seller which will be shown in store and included with the sale.
