The 12 speed SRAM XO1 Eagle groupset consists of a 10-52 cassette paired with a 34t chainring on a 160mm SRAM Praxis crankset. Chain measures as 5% worn.
 
The original aluminium rims are set up as a mullet (29 inch front, 27.5 inch rear) wrapped in a 2.3 inch Specialized Butcher Grid Trail tyre on the front, and a 2.3 inch Specialized Eliminator Grid Gravity tyre on the rear which are currently set up tubeless. Bearings all feel smooth and rims run true with a 220mm rotor on the front, and a 200mm rotor on the rear.
 
The original aluminium cockpit consists of a 45mm stem paired with 81cm handlebars. The hydraulic disc brakes appear to have about 95% left of usable life on the brake pads with 20mm of spacers below the stem, and 15mm above it.
 
The 160mm Fox Rhythm 36 suspension fork is paired with a Fox Float X rear shock.
 
Seat height in these photos is 670mm from the bottom bracket to the top of the saddle which is mounted on a 150mm dropper post. (If you’re measuring your inseam, add the length of the crankset to your measurement).
