2021 Trek Fuel EX 9.8 - ML
 
This bike presents in good condition and will be well suited to someone looking for a capable enduro bike with its carbon frame, 12 speed gearing and 29” wheels.
 
This bike will be best suited to someone between 170cm – 185cm.
 
The Sram GX 12 speed groupset consists of a 10-50t paired with a 30t chainring on a 175mm crankset. Chain was replaced before taking photos and is brand new.
 
The original 29” alloy Bontrager Line Comp 30 wrapped in 2.5” Bontrager XR5 tyres which are currently set up tubeless. Bearings all feel smooth and the wheels run true. 180mm rear and 200mm front brake rotors.
 
The original cockpit consists of the 45mm stem paired with 790mm carbon handlebars. The Sram G2 hydraulic disc brakes appear to have about 40% left of usable life on the brake pads. There are 30mm of spacers below the stem.
 
The 140mm Fox 36 Performance fork is paired with a Fox Float rear shock. Both are air sprung nad can be adjusted to your bodyweight and/or riding style.
 
Seat height in these photos is 705mm from the bottom bracket to the top of the Bontrager saddle. (If you’re measuring your inseam, add the length of the crankset to your measurement).
 
Notable damage: Scratches on non-drive-side of frame.
 
This bike has gone through our thorough 60 point roadworthy inspection report at the expense of the seller which will be shown in store and included with the sale.
